Trading cards!

You are guaranteed to get 8 cards for simply playing BeamNG.drive, the rest you can either buy or wait for booster pack drops.

Depending on your Steam level(which is most likely low) booster packs are quite rare(few times a year maybe from what I read on the Internet).

I decided to spend 5 euros and spending them carefully on cards got me to Carbon-Fiber badge

Just out of curiosity, has anybody out there received a booster pack yet?

Yea it is, although steam only drops half the cards in the set.

The other half needs to be bought, traded for, or created with booster packs

 

Is there a way to encourage the cards to drop? I haven't seen a single one since around the time they were released.

 

Nope, they drop around every hour or so of playtime until you get the set amount (approx half) which in the case of BeamNG is 7 cards, which includes duplicates.

So unless you never launch the game through Steam it's pretty much certain that you have already received all your cards
