Vroom tires - Water grabbers

    Could anyone possibly create a tire to put on basic vehicles that is very light and could grab the water enough to drive on it better than regular large tires. (It is slightly possible to drive on top of the water with enough power and large enough drag tires, I have done it)

    no beam simulates air and water realistically so to float a car you need large tires + weak thruster to move car across water
