if you aren't changing name, just replace orginal dae file. Should work, but if you want to create separate custom parts, copy jbeam part file, change names, change 3d parts name and do the same in jbeam: flexbodies
- copy jbeam - paste jbeam - change jbeam name - change part name - change 3d model name - save I see in 3D model you have wrong material, you must change it to "FR16" (I do it in video) also yours models don't have uv-maps, if you finish your mod i can create uv maps and adapt jbeam to 3d models
Okey, your video was very useful for me!!! I have some failures, some I know how to correct and this one no: -nose doesn't showing the position of front wing parts and the rear one I already know how to correct them And Ithink that I can jbeam with the export plugin or the editor Finally i upload the files in mod format so you can see (and help if you want) my fails.
Did you extend the wheelbase? It looks much better proportioned now, as always, if you need any help, send me a message.
I invite you here https://beamng.com/threads/fr17.37262/ --- Post updated --- Yes, it is the same engine, but 3d model is from moonhawk. I thinking of V6 turbo, but i not decide on it yet. Is picture of this engine on new FR17 thread
I'm currently working on my new project [ https://www.beamng.com/threads/fr17.37262/ ], so I haven't got time on this one.
Oh that's what I wanted to see , I thought you are making FR17 as an update for this one but if it's a different thread then maybe you should post a link to it on this thread
