I'll be nice and not drop a one-star yet. How the hell is this "based on GTA"? Edit: I'm spiraling into madness slowly. Just ignore me.
*insert copyright rant and explanition here* Seriously dude, it is going to get kicked off the respatory maybe. It isn't really GTA until the town is built.
Is mount chiliad on here? If it's accurate, I might get the taxi skin and recreate the taxi challenge with AI!
If it isn't a direct port of GTA V assets and doesn't include branding, I'm pretty sure it's still allowed.
Good start man, if you recreate the locations but then smaller and add some roads it will be amazing!
Exact same issue as mine, I have cleared cache and deleted everything bar the mods folder, and still the same result.

If you need road textures, you are welcome to use my road textures my from maps (So-Cal Interstate, Nevada Interstate, or Roane County Tennessee, though the Tennessee ones aren't all done yet and may have 'normal' issues) as you need. Best recent asphalt textures (So-Cal), varying older roadway textures/concrete textures (Nevada), or other varying or cosmetic road textures like arrows or stop bars (Tennessee). You're going to be limited to max about 8miles x 8miles on a 4k terrain before square-size is no longer conducive to making a good looking functional map. Also, a map of this size is A LOT OF WORK, A WHOLE LOT. Keep this in mind. You could always call it Beam Andreas, too. Wishing you luck!
I get this as well. When the map loads there is not any terrain, only some floating items and lots of trees.
