If you mean the current Fiesta WRC car, wrong whee drive and about 20 years too new. If you mean the RS 200, I said SOLID AXLE and it comes from the 90s. It's a '94 Ranger guys, c'mon. Pics coming when we get it. Entirely my dad's idea. He wants to strip it, tub it, supercharged 302 and as much chassis straightening you can do to a truck and turn it into a drag car. I couldn't be anymore on board with this.
There is a guy around here who has a 92 Ranger with a 460 that he runs in the mud drags. It's a fairly stock 460, just a mild cam with a high-rise intake and headers, running through a manual valve body C6 into a divorced 205, with a 4:88 geared 9 inch rear and D44 front. That little truck can scoot.
It was a Honda s2000 joke because of 4 cylinder. Wow I'm only running a 4.7 final. What do you guys think should I rice it? http://www.cervinis.com/96-98civic-...jtXf5HmUZo94J1NjYqmoIi1pww2b2wiYfSRoCexLw_wcB
Id invest the money in some performance parts because i hate it when a car looks fast and then is slow
Im seriously considering forgoing my turbo setup for this kit. The kit HAS to make the car faster I mean look at that bad ass hood. It's bad ass.
At least you get a bodykit for your car im searching one for an old skoda octavia and i only find 90s stile bodykits and they look awful.
If I was old enough to get a licence I think I would pick up these 2 trucks because they arent bad for $800 for both https://hudsonvalley.craigslist.org/cto/6018561343.html fix one, sell the other or keep one stock and throw a lift with some nice tires on it
Ranger? That's literally all Ford had with a RWD and solid axle as far as I know in the 90s that also had a 4cyl and isn't a Mustang.
Maybe, I don't think I know anyone personally that would've noticed it. The people in my life are the type that could confuse a C-Class with a Camry.
ether way its a deal since ones in slightly better condition are going for about 2k where I live and as long as every thing important is ok it would probably sell in a few weeks with some new tires or some low cost maintenance
ooh ooh, is it a Ford Courier Oh of course you guys never got them over there ( the gen i'm thinking of). Ford Ranger it is. These couriers were rebaged Mazda B series utes (popular base for minitruck builds)
Well, we also had the Mazda B-series in the states, and (in it's early generations) was exactly the same as yours. The 3rd Gen Ranger (and 2nd gen Explorer) were built on a similar chassis, and Mazda eventually badge re-engineered the B-series for North America on Ranger underpinnings... and body work... and engines... it was a Ranger that couldn't say it's R's correctly, basically. TL;DR the 2.3L Ranger was also sold as the Mazda B2300 in the states.
I notice things like that all the time, and it drives me insane. I think it bothers me more that they don't think anyone will notice. I was actually watching Twister last night, after hearing of Bill Paxton's passing. I never noticed it before, though it had been a while since the last time I saw the movie. His red Dodge changes alot, It's supposed to be a 3/4 ton V10, but sometimes it has V8 emblems, sometimes it's not even a 3/4 ton, and in at least one shot, it didn't even look like a 4wd.
Friend with an 09 BMW 328i has encountered his first problem after a couple months of ownership. It just turned 90k recently. It doesn't have a dipstick. The oil monitoring is all done by the computer with a sensor. Today the little info display said he was 1 quart low on oil. Then he cycled the ignition and it said the oil level was fine, near the top of the "ok" range. Then he cycled it again a little later and it said it was fine, but at the bottom of the "ok" range. So the sensor must have gone bad and he has no way of knowing how much oil he actually has.
pull the pan, those cars if the oil doesnt get replaced on its service interval are notorious for dirty oil clogging the movement of the float
You say that like it's a simple, quick thing to do. It's not my problem. He'll probably take it to the dealer if he cares to fix it.
Dunno. There are people who attest to the 3 series' (relative) reliability and (relative) ease of repair.
With a BMW you really should budget for maintenance and repairs. If you neglect to maintain it you should probably budget for a new car cause it ain't gonna last long xD Not because they are bad cars, they are awesome. They just need a little more looking after than many other cars do in order to keep them running.
