Re: 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Ready V. 1.0 Try this fix by Fat-Alfie, or maybe include it with your truck, it helps a bunch.
Re: 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Ready V. 1.0 Dkutch the Graphics issue with the body is happening to me as well, I think it's something to do with AMD cards, hopefully you find a solution soon as the Jeep is amazing, Great work.
Re: 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Ready V. 1.0 Thanks, however I'd rather try and fix this without editing the lua coding. I'm sure I can figure something out.
Re: 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Ready V. 1.0 I don't think that's currently possible though, until more wheel types are added Atleast that's what I've been told.
Re: 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Ready V. 1.0 4x4 Evo 2, I PLAYED THAT GAME JUST YESTERDAY NOT KIDDING I LOVE THAT GAME! IT WAS THE INSPIRATION OF MY NEWEST MAP.
Re: 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Ready V. 1.0 THATS COOL I USE TO PLAY/MOD THE GAME YEARS AGO. I USE TO BE 123ABC.
Re: 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Ready V. 1.0 congratz for this mod! I only wait for new sounds. The sounds now getting really annoying
Re: 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Ready V. 1.0 I feel that even the 35s tires get damaged very easily too. Noticed that it occurred more in the higher suspension setup, and less in the lowered one ( may have been just my imagination though). But the vehicle itself is masterfully made. So far it looks like the highest quality fan made car up to date, very nice job on it.
Re: 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Ready V. 1.0 If anyone is having issues with the actual body not showing up, delete something from the folder and force the game to update, the body of the Jeep is showing now
Re: 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Ready V. 1.0 Nice job dkutch! Beautiful truck. I'll have fun testing it. Thanks!
Re: 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Ready V. 1.0 That has to be due to your video card. I know I assigned the flexbody properly, and it never shows up like that on my screen.[/QUOTE] It isn't. yesterday the jeep was perfect for me but today back parts of the body are missing, and i have a gtx 680 @ 1200mhz... so i dont think its my card.
Re: 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Ready V. 1.0 Nice work, seams wery well done. I actually play on an amd card and everything looks good on my game. the 40s tires are definitly my favorite, had to lower psi a bit though to fit it to my need. But other then that great work! Ps. I encourage all of you to modd lua file to stop tires from splitting. Truck's tires works fine if you do it. Edit: I noticed a weird phenomenon in the grid map, if you drive forward from the spawn to the first 2 parallel jump where it is really sunny on the map, i get 4-5 fps when the sun reflects on this car. It only happens with this car and only in grid map at that general spot. Really weird, i have a high end computer and have not had any fps problems what so ever until now.
Re: 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Ready V. 1.0 You guys can if you want, but I've been working on re-tuning the wheels. Found a glaring mistake in the weighting.
Re: 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Ready V. 1.0 you can also try making them softer, it won't stop the nodes from flipping but normally allows them to flip back on their own. Problems so far: could use a better turning circle with the 35s and 40s anti roll feels to strong the brakes don't seem to work(or very weak) when in neutral or with the clutch in? Apart from the above it works great
Re: 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Ready V. 1.0 With the retuning of the tires, I'm actually seeing better braking and turning. Way less tipping over due to proper wheel weights. The turning circle is limited by the mesh I believe. I'll revisit that, though. Thanks everyone for trying it. Keep reporting any issues and I'll try to resolve them for the update.
Re: 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Ready V. 1.0 Wish you would give a little more lift for the 44s... other than that this i sweeeeeet. Awesome graphic work on the vehicle itself. I guess the anti roll bars do seem a little strong but amazing work.
Re: 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Ready V. 1.0 Great job. This mod is awesome dude. Looks great and drives better. But as a couple others have said, it needs more balance. Maybe a softer suspension, and some editing with the wheels and it would be great. But I can barely make a turn without flipping even on the low version :/
