Recently I began noticing how much of my processor beamng actually uses, and it's enough to make me concerned. Here is a video I took that can hopefully describe what is happening. (sorry for no audio). My cpu usage during idle is 5-15% usually. I have an i5 4690k clocked at 4.4ghz. Changing graphics settings makes almost no difference.

Feel free to ask me any other questions if they can help.

Sorry, but in the video I see nothing wrong? I mean, where do I look for your CPU usage in there?

Anyway, BeamNG.Drive is a CPU intensive game. The physics runs on the CPU, so the more stuff needs to be simulated, the higher the usage. Also the UI uses part of your CPU. The more UI Apps you have on your screen, the more usage they require.

BeamNG.Drive and high CPU usage isn't really anything new, it's just the game using the CPU the way it needs.

The colored bars on the system monitor gadget show the CPU usage, notice how it is using 90-100% of all cores.

The game needs to utilise all of this CPU to retain a playable experience. If it wasn't using the CPU correctly, you should make a thread. Not about something that's normal and requires no support.
High usage will not damage your CPU. It will only become damaged if it overheats.

That looks pretty normal. Also, howd you get it so your gearing says "S1" "S2" etc?
