I've done a ton of research for GPUs in my new build, and I've come down to a few...
    Overwatch
    CS:GO
    Rocket League
    BeamNG.drive
So, I researched all the recommended specs and benchmarks, and came down to a few cards:
    AMD RX 460 4GB
    AMD Radeon R7 260X
    nVidia GTX 750 Ti
    nVidia GTX 1050
I want honest opinions/facts, not just saying "get the 1050 Ti" or "get the fastest one".
My goal is to get a $100 card that can play those games at >40 FPS on high-ultra settings.
So what's the best P/P card of of the 4? The cheaper I can play these games the better :)

Of the four, I'd recommend the 1050. The 750Ti and R7 260X are older and kinda pointless now. I also recommend browsing your local Craigslist classifieds. You can often get good deals on older, more powerful cards.

In fact a lot of the older cards are now much cheaper than the 1050 and offer way more performance. For instance the HD 7970, beast of a card, I saw 5 yesterday on Ebay for under 120 dollars. I myself scored a brand new R9 390X for 240. So my recommendation would be to look around for used, if you can find something under like 115 bucks go for it, if not then go for either a 460 or 1050 depending on which is cheaper at the time. Honestly all the cards you have listed would max out all those games except Beam, Beam would probably play good on high settings, plus it's more CPU dependent anyway. Hope you find an amazing deal man :D

Plans may change, but I think I'm going to go with the RX 460 2GB. Thanks :)

7970 is still a very capable GPU. But it's biggest drawback is its power consumption - if I remember correctly TDP is 250W and recommended PSU is at least 500W and more if you want to OC.

I only have a 430 80+ whites PSU, so the HD 7970 isn't an option for me :(

Ah, that sucks, that would've been an awesome set up.

Off the list given I'd take 1050, preferably a 1050Ti but budget constraints.
And while reluctant to give a guarantee that you'll hit 60fps max settings in the games listed, none of them are demanding and are all well within the abilities of a 1050.
