It all right, because sometimes thing have turn to be unexpected so just accept it and maybe one day you can finish the part 4 with the time remaining.
If there is anything I can help with editing wise I have a pretty decent machine and I'm not too bad with sony vegas. I really love what you are doing with the short films and the attention to detail is awesome.
Thanks! the video is recorded and edited. Things left to do: Finish adding truck sounds (1/3 in place) Add different police siren, ambulance siren and firetruck siren sounds (Have the sounds only need to put in place) all visual effects (zoom, camera shake, blur) are in place. after I finish with the sounds I'll need to look for police radio chatter sounds. When I have those in place I'll have to add subtitles for dialogs. And the last thing to do will be find suitable (non copyright protected) music. I'll need slow and fast, intense music. If you want to help and know any good soundtracks just let me know. Finding suitable music is pretty hard and can take 1-3 days just to find and place music.

I'm fairly sure you can use any Monstercat song as long as it is unmonetized, otherwise you have to pay for a licence. Incompetech has some ok ones but they are all a bit overused.
I have access to Epidemic sound library I'll try to look for copyright free music this time. Dont want to get my video banned from viewing in some countries or mobile phones/tablets just for the music I use.
