Was the language on these forums even that bad to begin with? I imagine this thread was the probably the biggest offender which is to be expected and there certainly was a fair amount, but in the more game related sections of the forum I didn't find myself noticing anything, or maybe I was just blind to it.
It really wasn't, considering this place has a 13+ age limit they would have to be some sheltered pansy to have never heard a swear before. I also really don't see a huge problem with having them in this offtopic thread (within reason) if someone decides to just fill a post with hate and so on they can do it just as well without swears. In either case thats a one off thing, shouldn't be a forum wide ban.

I'm not going to delete it and cover up my tracks, rather I would just like to acknowledge the fact that it was childish and inappropriate and was only further contributing to the problems on this forum.
