camera zoom????

    how do you zoom around the map using the camera to spawn car in different location??

    Shift+C for free camera.
    F8 F7 to teleport the vehicle to the camera position.

    Numpad keys 9 and 3. Make sure that numlock is on for them to work.

    To use numpad keys the numpad must be enabled, this is done through the "numlock" key.
    Otherwise you're using the alternative key meanings, in this case pageup/down (which lifts and lowers the camera vertically).
