"Critical" performance issue: 64-bit disabled because of non-existent Lavasoft Web Companion

I have 0.5.3.2 installed and it tells me under System Memory (RAM):

"Critical: Not running 64 Bit version: Lavasoft Web Companion is installed. Please uninstall"

I have checked, double-checked and triple-checked and do not have Ad-Award or any Lavasoft software on the machine. I confirmed the OS is 64-bit Windows 8.1 Professional.

under Operating System (OS) it says:

"Microsoft Windows 8.1 Professional"
and
"Warning: 64 bit version of the game recommended: running in x86 compatibility mode right now"

How exactly does BeamNG.drive detect a Lavasoft installation?

you may have the left over dll file in system32
I forgot the name tho so @Nadeox1 may need to help you

 

Thanks, Dudeman. I found a couple of Lavasoft dlls in there and cleaned them off. 64 bit is now working. Thank you so much!

 

It won't let me uninstall the "LavasoftTcpService64.dll"
