hey guys, I was wondering something. I have played a few games involving driving round miles of road, but I've never found a wreck, lying there. People take pictures, but maybe that's just role play. I don't know. Can someone tell me if you can actually find wrecks, and, if so, how?
In real life, though, I've seen a few random wreaks, driving on the highway, I've seen a burning truck on the side of the road
If you leave enough AI milling about in the map you'll find random wrecks now and then, especially if you have the type of machine that still runs well with 8~10+ vehicles driving about.
Me too. One of the most interesting involved a car I'd previously taken pictures of for the rice site I was running at the time... it wasn't much of a ricer, but I'd argue that four-lug wheels redrilled for use on a five-lug car (with the original holes not even filled in) count. Well, some time after I took pictures of it, I saw it again... it was in a ditch, far from the road, and had taken a tree upside the grille. A victim of that day's freak early snowfall, no doubt. It was completely unattended, so I never found out what happened to the occupant(s), though I hope they're alive and well to this day.
well since in real life is more relevant, we once were in italy on the highway and all the sudden we see a bit of fire a few kilometers away and it was a tanker truck and when we were about 100m away from it the hole truck exploded on the middle of the highway in the opposite lane later day it was on the local news and luckily nobody died but there were people injured who tried to help
I saw a Dub-Side VW Jetta just implode on the highway for no apparent reason. The driver was fine, but it was pretty funny. --- Post updated --- AI?
Sounds like something that happened to me-- We were driving down a highway and were overtaken by a lime-green Seat Ibiza with rice stickers, cut-out exaust and custom wheelhubs, driving really over-agressively considering the amount of traffic around (I know it sounds wierd, but where I live the Ibizas are the most common rice car..) and about a mile later we saw it standing on the shoulder with a badly smashed front-end.
I've seen a Ford Transit on the side of the road pulled over for engine problems get smashed in the back by a Honda Civic who was texting and driving
Was everone OK? --- Post updated --- See? there you go. Phones kill. Everone should own a brick like me.
I believe and hope so, because it didn't look like too bad of a crash. But then again, you can never be sure, he might not be wearing his seatbelt or something.
