One question: have they fixed the traffic AI? I'm one of those dorks that like to drive around at the speed limit, so it really annoyed me in 1 and 2 that the AI would hardly ever go faster than 50km/h. Don't get me started on roundabouts.
And sure enough, Maloo also has that massive front bumper add-on. They also are called "Roo Bars" according to the video uploader.

AR12 also did a video on the Warthog he managed to get early from a fan, he made a drift build out of it.
PC preload is available now. also a nice 'trick' for people who can't wait (PC) , turn your computers location to Australia. this turned my release-date from the 23rd 00:00 to the 22nd 16:00 (Germany) definitely worth a try.

They said on the official forums that there will be a pc demo but it'll be available some time after release. No official date for it yet I think.
So if I buy the ultimate edition now, I can play today? And if so, how well does it run? I was waiting till the 27 to see the reviews, and how well it runs, but if you guys can vouch for it I'm getting it today.
to be honest , constant 60fps are impossible. no matter what system you are playing on. you'll ALWAYS have frame drops and (micro-)stutters. The only solution for this is to run it at 30fps lock. Performance wise this game handles like something unfinished imo. But the graphics are great though. Another issue (on PC) ; customizing your car is a pain in the ass. every time you want to select something , game freezes for short- but very noticable time. Hopefully the devs at playground/turn10 are aware of the issues and will deliver a patch asap. But overall , this is a nice game. without the stutters (and the not appearing ultimate edition stuff) it would be perfect.
Ok. What do you mean by the not appearing ultimate edition? Everything else doesn't seem like that big a deal to me. I'd rather play at a rough 60 over a solid 20 any day.
I had the game running at 70 fps for a good few minutes and i have the i5 6400 and gtx 950. I did encounter suttering and the customization issue too though. Hopefully in the official launch (27th) all would be fixed, not sure though. I may try to run at locked 30 fps to avoid stutters though. I had everything running on low setting to get as much fps as posible.
the ultimate edition things are simply not appearing right now. No vip cars or status (only standard wheelspins for example) , no allstars car pack , etc. and yeah , anything is better than 30.
