When will 0.6.2 be out?

It's been more than a month now since an update. Does anyone know of any release dates?

they usually release an update around every month. i always expect a date around the same time every month but you also never know. id say around the 20th ish of September we will have an update around those weeks. but you never know. best thing i can say is when its ready.

 

It probably won't be released until emoji speech recognition and Microsoft BOB integration are implemented. It will also likely have to wait until the version for the IBM System/370 mainframe is complete. I would say maybe 3-4 years.

 

Not to forget until the iPhone 10 and Galaxy SX are out. Although that'd be around the doorstep, 2 years at most.

 

Probably after somewhere around two weeks but with not that many changes, or around next month at the end with a lot more updates.
Still, you have to keep in mind that last month was august, when most of people go to holidays

That'd be around the end of this year.

 

If the Devs rushed out the next update to satisfy rushed requests, people would come crying to them, complaining about all sorts of glitches like "the Miramar flies away whenever I apply the breaks" "my car implodes on itself whenever I spawn in the bollard" or "East Coast USA is now on the Moon" and so forth. Let's just say, the Devs would have a very bad day, with so many users complaining about errors in the update that the users themselves, rushed the Devs to release.

Give them some time to get 0.6.2 ready for its release. You'll thank them later.

 

Just found this thread, too lazy to read any above post, TL;DR so when will the update be ready?

I just want the sound updates, and cars to sound like their exhaust has actually fallen off when you crash it. I'm sure I saw a post mentioning work on the sounds a month or two back. But I know things like that take time.
