Not Sure if this is a normal bug but it happend right after the last update... with the D-15 the fullsize and the van, the steering takes very very very long to turn a few inches if i change something on the car or when i press CTRL+R it gets worse every time.... but if the AI is driving the car it steers normal.. but if i get back into that car same thing its like driving straight takes me approx 12-15 seconds to completely cut wheel left or right even when the car isn't moving... is there something i can do to prevent this? its the same for keyboard or my ps3 controller so mapping is ok with all other cars

I have a problem with the updater, it will never finish downloading even if the limit has been achieved (for example after downloading 22mb/22mb it will continue downloading) and if I open the game it wont let me control the car.

We fixed this bug recently, please be patient; it'll be in the next patch.

Think I fixed the update issue. Completely removed the game, re installed, did the update. Now I have version 0.3.0.3 at the top left.

If you close the updater it will return to the normal exe, I had a bug where it would keep downloading even if it reached the MB displayed, I just let it downloading for 10 min and ended at some point

Just out of curiosity, if you guys still have to code slide nodes, how are the Bolide's headlights working or Mythbuster's Cadillac roof going up and down?

They added hydros a few patches ago. Nothing to do with slides.

Every time I accept an update, I regret it thoroughly. I won't go into detail since Gabe already mentioned various things will be fixed, (thank you Gabe).

I never learn my lesson. Back to waiting for the next update it seems.

Can you please translate your passive aggression into specific complaints so we can at least try to satisfy you?

I was actually trying to be as polite as possible, as I have nothing but respect for the dev team and the work you guys do. I suggest you chill just a little bit, I was being serious when I said thank you.

I'm not going to mention my compliants because I checked the support/bug section, and they have been confirmed to be fixed and in the next minor update (as per your comments in these threads). I'm simply annoyed at every minor update surfacing a new bug that needs a minor update, that's all. Apologies if I rubbed you the wrong way.

hehe, I learned very quickly that that's what happens when you develop any kind of program. Constantly ironing out the kinks you create as a consequence of one change. Bear with them :p

I ran the update and theres nothing new in gridmap. It download some stuff so I don't think anything went wrong.

I'm a little sad to see that the moonhawk isn't in this update.

Moonhawk isn't quite ready yet, sorry guys. I wanted to include it in the update but there are still some kinks to iron out.

To be fair, yeah mud and sand are actually not like flat ground any more which is nice. But sand in game is like deep mud, nearly impossible to get out and the mud well it might was well be the Bermuda Triangle lol.
With sand, yeah your tire should sink a bit but not the whole wheel man.
Mud well yeah it might sink over the wheel but at least if the off road pick up truck can drive in it then it be alright.
Atm I'd stay away from both.
