As Dennis said, cigarettes, but it's also a famous livery for race cars:

You don't know shit, do you? Marlboro was a sponsor of the teams. Also, rallying can kill you, too.

nah, back in the days, marlboro was like redbull of today. they sponsored rally/f1 and other sport teams
and just by the way.. i think daily redbull consumation for few years can be as deadly as cigarrets if not more, just my opinion though

What you said about Red Bull is actually true, drinking too much caffeine is actually pretty addictive, hence being a drug, thus bad for your health. It damages your kidney if you even drink too much one in only one day, and if you don't seek help you will most likely die. One person in Norway once drank 3 cans of energy drinks (0,5L) and almost died because of kidney failure.

BTW, are you from a North-European area? My time was also 2 am when the update came out. Just curious!

Oh wow, the RedBull is even more deadly than I thought! I am not smoker, but I would rather see these old Marlboro ads than RedBull, it just fits racing bit more I think :D.

And yeah, I am from Central Europe (GTM +2) AND LOOKING AT THE CLOCK RIGHT NOW, I WONDER, DAMN WHY THE HELL I AM BROWSING BEAMNG FORUMS INSTEAD OF SLEEPING AGAIN

im not saying it is a bad skin, but i really am the most anti smoking person in the universe. i dont dislike smokers but i think that smokers are quite silly to take on the habit of smoking. really in my opinion it is a disgusting habit and it is quite smelly too. but as i said im not hating this skin, just stating my opinion :)

As someone with lung problems from seconds hand, I can agree with you. I spent most of my early years with my grandmother, she was a sweet old southern woman. However she smoked 3-4 packs a day. A baby in one hand and a cigarette in another.

yeah my mum used too but she stopped smoking 1 ciggarette a day 14 years ago cause she knew i was coming (yes i am 14) she didnt really like it either. but my dad who buggered off when i was 1 still smokes to this day. my step grandfather has smoked for morethan 40 years and has essentially smoked himself to death! yeah i think it is really bad too

    worst experience:
being in a chevrolet lacatte with 2 people in the front chain-smoking with the windows done up. a wet dog in the boot, i almost died :(

This needs updating. It causes an orange hood on the Hill Climb Pessima.
For some reason, it includes more materials than just the skin in the materials.cs file.
Also, the materials.cs file is in "The.zip\vehicles\pessima" instead of something like "The.zip\vehicles\pessima\testskin", meaning the default materials get overridden.

    thumbnail_full_scale_uncropped.jpg

I've attached an updated version that you can use.
    I have:
    • Removed the extra materials.
    • Changed the file layout.
    • Updated the config and thumbnail.
For some odd reason, after my changes, it works unpacked but not if it's packed. I'm really not sure why this is.
If someone can find out why this happens, please tell me.

Shut up and stop talking about your smoking shit, this thread is here for constructive critism and discussion about a mod, a very little one by the way. If you don't have anything to say about the mod but instead want to share others smoking experiences or tell the internet how much you hate smoking and think that it can kill you, create an anti-smoking group and share your posts there with people who care, or just join a forum for other people who hate smoking so you can talk over there, or I don't know what, just leave it out of this thread. I see no problem in asking what "Marlboro" is, and I see no problem in answering that question, but all your useless posts below had no reason to be created. @SpeedDrifter7 @haakonrg @whiterabbits6 @lyndon123 @Oshawott

@mumboking Thank you for looking into it, I haven't used it in ages so I had no idea it was outdated. Also thanks for finding the issues, I may or may not look into it as this thread pretty much sums up 70% of what I hate in this forum, which then again gives me no motivation at all to work on actual mods (I began to do some small mesh changes or add-on parts at some point, but I stopped pretty early, and in this forum you can find out why easily). And as I have no motivation to work on actual mods, no motivation to release anything for this community I might not update this mod as I'm not really playing much anyways and that to me right now would be the only reason to mod at all. Until then, thank you for actually using this thread what its for and putting your effort into updating my little skin, I'll link your post in the resource post, I guess it's no problem for you but if for any reason you don't want it I'll remove it again.
