Uploading mods to the Repository

    Forgot to say that the download counters are broken atm. Downloads seem to work well though:

    Ah, I did notice that my numbers weren't going up. It didn't occur to me that the counters were broken! Looks like a nice, healthy graph.

    We finally found a way to allow us to approve updates, we had to extend the xenforo software for that, which took a bit trial and error. The system is not perfect yet, but we will improve it in the next days.

    Sorry guys for the huge problems with mod updates, i fixed a lot of things now and it should be a smoother experience from now on :)

    Yes, download counters fixed.

    Also, will be upgrading the system now. Downtime of the advanced functions: ~1 hour.

    if you have an account hit install and reload your game if this doesn't work hit download and put the file in your beamng drive mods folder and then reload your game

    I improved the usernames: clicking on them leads to the resources of that user now instead to his profile. A lot more useful i think.

    I'm kinda having trouble, I am trying to upload a vehicle config., I just don't know how to change from .PC, to .ZIP, I may probably sound dumb asking this, but, what do I do?

    this not at all how you have to do it.
    .pc file are bounded to the vehicle when they are in the right directory.
    so in your ZIP you have to get this tree
    vehicle/%vehicle_name%/%name%.pc
    variable are surrounded by % of course but you replace with what should have.

    Don't forget a .png and an info_%name%.json

    is it possible that I could upload a car configuration of the Grand Marshal Taxi but with different specs? if so how would I find its file when I save the config. of the car to upload it because I couldn't find it before.

    the presets you made are saved on documents / BeamNG.drive / vehicles

    You can post a configuration mod if you join a thumbnail (400x192 format) who have the exact same name ,exemple : marchall_taxi_Copper_Gamer.pc (the preset), marchall_taxi_Copper_Gamer.png (the thumbnail) and ideally info_marchall_taxi_Copper_Gamer.json (this file contain the info showed on car selector) .

    I've linked the json file of the taxi , you can open it with notepad and modify the info

    it's certainly because you look at the steam folder , you have an other BeamNG.drive folder located on the "documents" folder of your computer ;)
