Doesnt show mod download progress.

Title says it all, latest update, when i press the download button on the forums it no longer gives me a progress bar in the corner of the screen

 

How fast is you Internet? Sometimes my internet connection (100-150 Mbps) downloads small files so fast that I can't see the bar. Tell me the size of the download and your internet speed.

 

100mb and usually 150mbps but im on wifi so its usually slower than that

 

How big is the file you are trying to download? Also, this has happened to me sometimes. Beamng won't show the little blue window when downloading, but it downloads.

Yep, definitely happens to me a lot, but only on maps. Might be a bug with the browser or the game.

Same thing with me too, but the mods actually never install and I have to install them manually.

You can only download a mod with the install button if you are already in the game main menu. Pressing install and then getting the game launched wont work. But I'm not sure that every type of mod will start installing if you try to install it via the install button.

 

Huh. a little while back, pressing the install button would launch the game and download the mod as well. By now I have to be in-game already for it to work.

 

Yup. This has been mentioned to Nadeox1 before so it's a known thing.
