What is the 2nd UV Map?

    Well, the title is pretty explanatory. I don't know what is the 2nd uv map. I have listened this term a couple of times here in the forum so...

    And that 2nd uv map... Are the UVs placed in the vehicle folder?
    Another question, how do I paint for example, a body colored trim and my skin at the same time?
