AI Chase feature broken?

when i try to activate the "chase feature" in ai for a vehicle then i switch to another vehicle, instead of the chasing vehicle chasing me it just fumbles around with the shifter going backwards and forwards while engaging the parking brake at random, it worked before 0.5.6, is this the result of it being wip or just a bug in general?


does this happen to anyone else?

 

Unlikely, considering the new chase AI wasn't in the game before 0.5.6.

 

I had this problem and just deleted all the settings in the Documents\BeamNG.drive folder at it worked again.

This does work, but only temporary for me. Plus, losing settings and a custom HUD sucks. Wish there was another way around.

 

Maybe they will try to fix it in the future... At least I hope..

 

Really? I still have my HUD stuff and settings, sometimes it doesn not work but when I got out of the game and in it works.

 

Delete the uiapps-layout.json file in the Settings folder.
