Dyno was announced after all of the other new stuff. IMO it has a lot of stuff to be worked on. BTW you forgot the ambulance

For the damage Indicator, do you think there should be a side view damage indicator?

I would be totally fine if the final product for the campaign was a copy of test drive eve of destruction but with all of beamng's current and future goodies.

 

The greenlight trailer mentions "open world career mode" I assume from that it means you start small, have a few careers to choose from, and any career you choose it -could- have a ranking system, quite ambitious but these dev's are insanely good at what they do.

With whatever cash you make you could use this to customize your vehicles, which hopefully we could own multiple at a time (maybe also buying property/garages too?),be able to view them in a garage and "rev our engine in the car port with the headlights on".

This would make it quite an immersive experience, but whatever is done, i'm sure it'll be something thoroughly enjoyable.

 

What if it would be bigger? Like making your own buisness that involves cars? Like being highway patrol or being a delivery man?

 

The old BeamNG.drive trailer says: "with a free-roaming career mode where you choose your own gameplay"
"Cop chases, demolition derbies, delivery missions and much more" I wonder if you can choose to be a cop or a street racer. I also wonder if you can just buy a tank and wreck havock and then when you finally get stopped by the police you could just load an old save. It would be cool to get the map where you play in the sandbox mode and do whatever you want, like crash cars and evade cops without any consequenses. And options to disable cops and all that good stuff.
tl:dr: I have high hopes for the career mode.

 

I think that they are currently in the bug fixing stage. Also when do you think italy is going to come out? I think its at least 3 updates away or so.

 

Maybe like 5-6 updates away.

Relax, updates usually drop on friday 18:00 CET (1200 EST) so you can wait a little bit there. Secondly, the concept stage page is gone because that was not official at all. Users added that to the wiki with no confirmation from gabe whatsoever. Thirdly, campaigns will probably take a little while before we get them. They have just started them after the most recent update, as referenced by a coffee pic by tdev. They may be in a chapter format, so we may get each chapter when it's complete, versus all at once.
