He started many many many many cars 4 years ago... Which are now all finished and drive-able in the game. This is just one of the final cars in the queue. Don't worry, eventually it'll be released :) Only 5 cars to do now, with new ones being added. You can assume this car will be ready near the end of this year, or the start of next year (at latest)! Unless Gabe decides this car will be the next after the 2 ETKs that are in the works (with the 80's one nearly released). So 25% chance this car will be the next car that will be finished :D One car takes around a month of work.

Aaaaah, okay? You just replied to him with exactly the same comment. Alrighty then. Lol

To be honest the vehicles in BeamNG aren't fully finished.

How is that wrong? We get big updates around each month, and nearly in all big updates these days, we get a new car. So how is that wrong?

But we don't get a car every monthly update!
Making a car takes more than a month, i think?!

But it doesn't mean that the car is made in 1 month.

It's wrong in the fact that most cars if not all were started about 3 years ago so yeah, that's why your wrong

I mean, the concept was thought of and some drawings were made, but they didn't (and probably haven't yet) start modeling the car and designing textures as of now.

Only thing I don't like about the car is the front fenders and rear end. Needs more 60s flair on the rear, swinging 60s proportions man!! and less huge 90s volvo bumper! And do something, get rid of the taillights please!

Looks more like a 60s Japanese sedan than American.

For reference, this is how a mid-60s coupe/sedan should look:

Now you could go with a 63 Pontiac Tempest rear, but it looks far too conservative compared to the real thing:

None of them have been under constant development for 3 years. You don't know what you're talking about, get off of your high horse.
Quite a while ago, Gabester detailed how long it took to make a car, and what steps took up the most time, but I can't remember what the figure was and I'm not digging it up.

"90s volvo bumper" 62' Dodge Custom 880 has an almost identical bumper design up front https://i.ytimg.com/vi/RDXn4469NO0/maxresdefault.jpg

The 63' 880 also have a very "out there" rear end not dissimilar to the Bluebuck http://i.imgur.com/2ItwWUt.jpg

It also has alot of hints to the Checker Marathon around the body design and detailing.

So yeah I would say it definitely looks like a proper 1960s american car.

Onto the rear of the car, Gabster's bumper looks very much tacked-on, like you could exchange that bumper for any other. Whereas the very photo you linked shows what a 60s rear end looks like..a smooth flowing transition from the fenders to the bumpers. The parts should complement each other. That's what gabster's model lacks. In overtly-simplified from: The car should look like one piece from a distance. All the parts should be molded into the shape of the car, not tacked on. I'm probably not making sense to you but I'm trying to explain it best I can. The model lacks the smooth shape and fitment of a 60s car. It looks cartoony to me.

    Then don't.

Wonder in what order the cars are going to come out after the ETK 2400i... I saw a prediction somewhere but lost track of it.

Since the car isn't really complete, its not worth really discussing it since we have little idea as to what it really is.

From past experience these old preview images look barely anything alike to the in game counterpart too, so really all we have is an idea to look at :p
