Is it possible to make roadtrains? like have a trailer with a new trailer slot on it, so you can (technically) add infinite ammount of trailers? I understand that having multiple trailers might lagg the game, but I think it would be cool to try to drive a T-series roadtrain with like 3-5 trailers or so. If it's possible without going down to 5fps that is.
i mixed up parts of the van mod and this mod and i made it work. really its not that hard allyou need 2 know is wat each file is and ur pretty much set. my fps sucks i know
The trailers are awesome. One thing though. They make the game lag. They cut my fps down about 50%. Please fix if possible, other than that, they are awesome!
Thanks for all the kind words! actually those are the old body, doors and trunk files put on the official GM as a addon, so it's sort of in between updated and not It's been thought of, but at least not for the near future. It's not that easy, as one can't use a part multiple times simultaneously in a single vehicle. One has to copy, move and rename all nodes e.g. to make it possible. Are you aware of this mod? It has a Turnpike Double and Rocky Mountain Double container trailers, and a three flatbed trailer option. You do need a quick CPU to run it properly. http://www.beamng.com/resources/gavril-t-series-addon.178/ There is a boxed trailer for the van, but the proper 'towhitch' (called heavy duty receiver) will be available in my upcoming updated H-series addon mod. Take care that you don't overload the trailer, depending on the towing vehicle That's maybe because the cam is very close to the axles? I don't know for sure. Yep, that should work, those slots will be available soon on the h-series. ' Thanks! That will need new textures at which I'm pretty bad at As already said, I can't do much about that. The trailer and towing vehicle behaves like a single vehicle for BeamNG, so it uses a single core only.
Having done extensive testing, I think the rotatable car trailer could use stronger axles and stiffer suspension. This is a suggestion that you could put in an update sometime? I also cannot find the trailer parts for the Gavril H45...
I've tested it. This the suspension noise from the trailer that causes the sound. No ther trailers are as loud.
