My BeamNG lags some times and I know its because of my graphics card, ( I have a Intel(R) G41 Express Chipset. I want to get another graphics card but I don't know what to get.

    And recommendations?

This chipset does not tell us anything about the CPU which this game requires more from than graphics. Tell us exactly what CPU you have.

However, I'd recommend either a nVidia GTX 760 and up or an AMD R9 380 or greater.

Or wait entirely for later this year and get a 1080 nvidia or one of the new Amd cards

You definitely wouldn't need to spend damn near $1000 or more to get good performance in this game.

    That's just stupid

What are your other specifications? CPU, RAM, ...

The Intel G41 is compatible with platform LGA 775, so my guess is that your CPU is a Core2 Duo/Quad.

If it's an LGA 775 system, it's not even worth upgrading it with a 200$ GPU. The C2D/C2Q CPU will be the bottleneck.
Yeah, you could take your GPU to a new system in the future, but that'll be the only advantage.

I've had a C2Q Q9550 paired to a GTX 580 and there was already a CPU bottleneck in games like GTA V & BeamNG (a year ago). Also, the Q9550 was one of the faster LGA 775 CPU's out there. Upgrading to a new system with i5 CPU would be the best option, but only if it's financially possible.

Untill we don't have rest of your specs we can only speculate so, to LGA775 I recommend r7 260X or a bit more expensive but slightly better GTX 750Ti. Nothing faster to CPU you may have. Supports up to DX12 and Vulcan, have 2GB of GDDR5 also pretty cheap, with good performance/price ratio.
