Steam key ?

Hi,

i´ve bought the game.. eh 2013.. iam not sure about the right date... played it shortly and then forgott about it .. i now found the old installation folder.. i´ve tried the update.. but as i found out it doesn´t work.

I then tried to activate it on steam with that key, but this wont work. Now i got no clue about what i should do.

I then looked in my email accounts ..but all i found was an old registration for the forum here.. looked in my other account i normaly use if i buy something but theres nothing i´ve cleaned everything....

My question is is it possible to send an key that is working to the email adress which is assigned to the key in the serial.txt i got on my folder ?? or is there an other way for this ? because i dont know on wich platform i bought this or wich email i has used.... ?


Third step: Check your English. eh.. englisch is not my main language .. if there is anything that is not correct... iam not able to correct it because i cant find anything that is wrong with my englisch skills

i just write the support, but nothings happen... thats.. now 3 minutes ago

 

3 minutes, it can take more than that for an email provider to process your message, let alone beamng support, particularly when today is Easter Sunday which is a non working day for most of Europe, I'd be surprised if support are working today
