Rolling coal with the ETK 800 Series

Add the ability to roll coal with the ETK 800 Diesel engine versions.
It could be something like a beater version for the ETK. And also add a diesel engine for the D-15 And H series.

 

In the picture it doesn't look so coal-ish could you please make ridicilous amount of smoke.

 

This is a T Series but, like this? I personally don't like "rolling coal" but here you go.

 

Even if you set the values to max, it's far from rolling coal. It never gives a cloud of smoke.
