How do I create custom rims?

Hi

I'm thinking of creating my own rims for the Ibishu Covet but i don't know how or what program to use. Help would be much appreciated.

 

Maybe 3ds max, Blender, Maya etc. you should check for youtube video tutorials.

 

Thank you, I would also like to know what format the original rim mesh is in and where i can find it

 

They are in .dae (COLLADA) format and can be found inside the vehicle model, inside the vehicles folder.
