ETK wheel glitch

When impacted on the tires, the etk's wheels will glitch out. I am not sure about all of the etks, but the 856TX (the one that I like the best and use all the time) has this glitch I know for sure. It happens way more than on other vehicles so I know it is the ETK . Here is the glitch I was talking about. I used a SBR4 to get at the wheels.

UPDATE: the okudai wheels do the same

it seems to happen in hard impacts to dirt as well
