Tested the top speed of my Pessima at the highway today, it reaches 240 kmh/150 mph. The speedo can't even show it properly

my neighbor just bought a Gavril bandit, but right as they pulled out of they're driveway to go to track day a blista rammed him in the driver side door. my SBR4 and I are both fine but my neighbor had to go to the hospital. the driver of the blista is under arrest for speeding, endangerment, and stealing the blista. --- Post updated --- I'm moving because this is the 12th time this has happened this year so far, anyone have suggestions where I should move to? I'm thinking of buying 2 industrial size garages and a house in vantage city. you know what? I'm taking the offer and moving now because next time it could be me.
