I would like this issue to be fixed , as the title ABS and ESP not work on ice roads, the wheels lock braking and ESP dont work anymore on steering. that is some unreal because the ESP works especially in those cases :)

ESP isn't magic grip! You need look at Science! (Cookie to those who get the game reference!)

Actually ABS and ESP systems in real vehicles *ARE* fooled by ice.

Alright, to get back on a serious note here (great lol's above tho). I think you mean ESC (electronic stability control). Onto the report, my guess is that car makers aren't designing the systems to be "drive-able" on ice, so either 1 of 2 things happen, so the ESC gets so confused that it pisses itself as you floor it and just disables itself, or (what happens in my car) is if it senses so much slip, it just cuts out power to the wheels all together. Scenario 2 is more likely so you'd be lucky to even get moving with ESC on. Same for the ABS, by going brakes straight to the floor, you have no friction so the wheels are going to just stop moving; no feedback to give the ABS system anytime to respond and once the wheels stop moving, there's nothing it could do. (That last one is just a theory btw)

That said, it could be that the game system is broken, I have no clue.

Yeah I mean I hit this problem going up a very steep hill in Edinburgh today in my FWD Volvo, it was giving me all kinds of errors and my dad was with me and he told me what to do and we got up the hill in the end but for me it was quite scary thinking about everything in reverse

and in english and under circumstances that make sense?

Driving up a hill is not a circumstance in which ESP or ABS kick in or a situation that requires any different driving at all???

Would still be traction control not ABS or ESC.

The problem is when steering in ice. when you want braking and steeringt its impossible because the wheels are locked, there is where ABS and ESP is ON for help steering , no matter if there is no friction, even those systems should work in any condition :/

They don't. If you are on smooth and non-textured (as the game simulates), your wheels WILL lock up and you will slide.

If you find a smooth parking lot that is frozen over with a flat sheet of ice and you hit the brakes, all 4 wheels most likely will lock up. This fools the ABS into thinking you aren't actually moving so the system won't activate.

abs and esc are tuned for tarmac exclusively. They are emergency safety nets on dry tarmac only. Their effectiveness in the wet drops a little and then they don't work at all on ice or snow. This is not a game bug, this is how the real systems work.
