So i just bought this game like yesterday. and i downloaded a few cars and maps from the forums and for some reason every now and then when i load in a car or something the colors will go all negative and I've tried quitting the level and loading a new one and stuff but, the only thing that seems to work is completely restarting the game. Is there any way to stop this from happening without having to delete all the cars and maps? I really dont want to have to delete and reinstall them.

I used to get that effect from a non-existing or incompatible color correction ramp. Now I get just a black screen from those, but maybe worth trying. Go to Options > Graphics > POSTFX and "reset" or select a new image. Game install directory has some different ramps in scripts\postfx.

Also I decided to delete some of the cars and mods and it doesnt happen as often but it still happens. I still have yet to try Miura's fix method. I will try it and reply if it works.

From what I can work out, the NVIDIA Quadro FX 570M could be what is causing your problem, because it is a rather low spec chip.

You could try deleting Documents\BeamNG.drive\settings to reset all the settings.
Not sure if this would make any difference, seeing as you say it happens randomly.

Yeah i will try that but yeah there doesnt seem to be any sign of it rather than it just being when i spawn a vehicle or leave from editor and sometimes when i load up a map.

i tried that and it didnt work. it still has that happen...honestly its kinda frustrating considering i just got this game for myself. used to run a friends copy on this computer for a while to see if i would like it and if my computer would run it and i didnt run into any problems that whole weekend. So i have no idea why this is happening.

Your GPU has only 256 MB of memory (which is only a quarter of the minimum requirement of 1 GB) and it doesn't support DirectX 10.1 or 11, which are required for the newest version. In other words: yes, it's (part of) the problem.

Could be what Post #13 said, but just to check try this (follow the steps exactly as I write them):
    -Unistall BeamNG from Steam
-Delete BeamNG.Drive folder from MyDocuments (backup your mods if you want)
-Delete BeamnG.Drive folder from Steam/Steamapp/common (If there is still a folder)
    -Reinstall BeamNG.
