Ah, alright. After you've been so unbelievably nice that you told me what OCD means (#fail), and what a spaniel spanker is (#epicfail).

I dropped my laptop when going upstairs. It was in my laptop bag which slipped off my shoulder. It hit the dead centre of the back, knaccering the left back casing clips, fragments of those were what got in my fan. Amazingly, the battery and screen were fine .

I think that's called inner harm and can lead to brain/CPU malfunction and death.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. The spaniel spanker thing is just a distasteful joke.

I checked everything whilst I had it apart, it is only the casing that is knackered, as far as any visible damage is concerned.

Good to hear that. Imagine your mainboard was broken or your battery was ripped open and the whole poisonous stuff came out.

lithium, just dont get it on you or get it wet although its more likely to combust during the breaking open anyway

two 24 inch =1920x1280. two 22 inch=1680x1050. two 17 inch = 1280x1024. FPS wise i think i get around 35ish fps without sli on eca on one 24 inch monitor. if you want i can tell fps when in surround on bottom 3 monitors.

    Explain yourself!

Did you bump up the base clock or front side bus or something?

I have a 4690K, my card is a GTX 970 though. But most people who built a mid to high-end PC 2 years ago haven't upgraded yet, so there are lots of Haswell/Kepler builds out there.

I hope the Intel police don't come kicking my door in for overclocking a non K processor.
