Made my day Yeah, I was thinking that same thing about roof after I compared this to older gen Pessima. I've modeled this by using dimensions of Accord. Roof in that blueprint looks very narrow, and it actually may be wrong since in pics of real car it doesn't look that narrow. Probably have to fix it Edit: modified the roof a bit wider, looks much better already
yes been working on it for 2 days now, I think this is the fastest I've modeled a whole body shell so far. Still some details to go and some places to fix but it's gone good so far.
I thought so, that thing is sweet, if you need a set of wheels for it let me know, I've been modeling wheels and have a few. I wanna try my hand at a challenge
Oooooo. Do excuse the poor renders and such, I have no clue how to do anything with Blender. Also sorry if this isn't how you upload pictures.
thrown pessima suspension and drivetrain assembly in to see whats what. except for the struts being placed where they belong, pessima has strut mounts closer to each other and lower, fits like it was made for it. fits like a charm, but i'm not gonna give up the good feel of having a complete scratch made model to compare:
I updated the pigeon's rear axle to use the new variable options, and the wheels and tires to the new wheels and tires global system, it took me about 3 hours last night and an hour to finish it this morning, @gabester , @Dummiesman @Nadeox1 , would it be possible to use the global system on the front wheel? I think it could but being only one wheel, is it possible?
Good work all around. I'm loving the 240sx. In still pulling for a second generation Integra so the sx is as close as it gets.
For some reason, I got the idea to make a "Stop the car from rolling down the mountain" scenario. I copied all the LUA from the "Delivery Truck Takedown" scenario and made a few minor edits. It's pretty difficult right now, but I may change how it works in the future. Anyway, I'm finding it kinda fun to work on.
