    I think it's from an unfinished feature.
    The material "licenseplate" has this commented out line:

    This is what I roughly what I imagine the Buick GNX's real torque curve looked like. They claimed 276hp (but 490nm/360lbsft) but the 3200lbs car could do 0-60 in 4.6 seconds with a 4-Speed automatic.

    It is a bit slower in the Moonhawk due to the extra weight but it is still very quick. Uses the 3.42LSD and Turbo-Hydramatic from the GNX with my "realistic" torque curve.
