It's a great job done , about the top speed they are huge differances between airspeed and tacho (wheel speed ) depends of car , specialy on the sbr4 , she can top 292 km/h airspeed when we have 282 on the tacho .
I figured i'd update my list of top speeds, not sure if OP is still maintaining his comparison lists, but I might as well do a few tests myself, for acceleration, brake distances, etc., but that will come later. This time it's Factory Configurations only (So only Stock Models and Fleet Vehicles)
^ Excellent! Okay, I'm redoing this whole comparison now since there is new cars released and this needs to be better. I'm thinking what model variations should I select, since testing all would take forever. I'm planning to do (there will be spelling errors since English is not my native language): Crash tests Frontal impact | 60 km/h (50% overlap) (pretty much same as first time) Rear impact | 60 km/h (middle) (cement block test cart) Side impact | 50 km/h (middle) (cement block test cart) Rollover | 50 km/h (40 degrees angle, sand) Highway concrete barrier | 110km/h (55 degrees angle) Handling and performance Braking | 100 -> 0 km/h (asphalt) Braking | 50 -> 0 km/h (50% asphalt 50% ice) Braking | ?? -> 0 km/h (asphalt corner) Moose test | 100 km/h (asphalt) Acceleration | 400 meters (asphalt) Traction / Off-Road Hill climbing corner (ice) Downhill corner (ice) Grip on incline (roll, asphalt) Ground clearance Suspension test Practicality and agility (or whatever it is) Parallel parking Visibility Interior roominess Trunk space Controls ----------- Cars (all cars will be factory versions) Crash tests Entry-level/Cheapest or safest variations? Handling and performance Cheapest or most powerful variations? (I'm thinking most powerful) Traction / Off-road Same as previous tests, cheapest or best variation for this? Practicality and agility Same as previous tests, cheapest or best variation for this? ----------- Track I made (80% ready) a whole new track / facility for this, I'll share it when it's ready. Any ideas are welcome, and I'll probably change some things before I start testing again.
Give this man a cookie. I really like the idea of what you are doing here, it sounds very professional for just a videogame community, and also you should definitely send all the results to the devs to help them troubleshoot and improve the quality of the game.
This took 2 nights of intensive "till 2 am" testing. The comparison stats are compared to version 5.0, note that since there is a new speed record the star rating has been changed, so some cars have lost stars whereas others gained some. Most noticeable things compared to version 5.0 Barstow seems to be nerfed speedwise, where as other cars have increased or stayed relatively the same, with some increases over 20 km/h / 12 mph
