Can't move vehicles up or down in editor

Hello in the latest version of the game 0.4.1.2 when I try to move a vehicle up or down It won't allow me. The grid moves up not the vehicle. Moving a vehicle forward, backward, left and right works though. Does anyone else have this problem?

I wanted to put this out there to see if anyone else is having this problem and so the devs can investigate the issue.

I also restarted the game and tried different vehicles and it didn't help.

 

I figured it out I had the "snapping to other objects" un-selected so I selected it and then un-selected it again and it works now. Thanks for the help though
