So, basically, the ROR forums have now been taken down by it's own community :| You took it waaaaay to far guys, I mean, come on, sending Hitler pics to Tdev, telling another mod to kill himself. And I thought I was the kid here, but apperently the whole forum is made up of 12 year olds. Good job guys, you've won the award for being the best community ever. Can we just all agree to never do that again, please? I don't want this to ever happen again, this is not a kindergarden. :| I think we should change it to Dolphins, they're magical creatures.
Nou. The RoR community tried to do everything to fix this as soon as possible. When I posted that video on GD, all of you flamefags came and got me perma'd.
From what I saw over here it seemed like they wanted to make everything worse. Either way, can we just agree not to do this again?
I come back and you guys are sending hitler pics to devs, asking them to kill themselves and bringing down ror forums. Sums up this community perfectly.
Does anybody else find it the least bit ironic that the behavior you've all just exhibited -- which, if I am interpreting this correctly, is simply to spite the RoR forums for no good reason -- is essentially what killed them? I mean, they never went this far...
Can somebody sum up what happened on these last couple of pages? The only thing I do understand is that RoR forum i down.
The whole story afaik: RoR forums break attachments, people complain, devs start banning people, people get mad, someone sent tdev a picture of Hitler and shit hit the fan.
Oh, it's been a shithole longer than a year... try 3? 4? but immaturity and an inability to maintain civil (as well as a lack of moderation) is what did it for me and many others.
No one sent tdev anything... It's funny how in one page the person who it was sent to changes The main reason for this is one of the new devs acted inappropriately on both skype and the forums publically bashing tdev and generally talking down beamng.
