What vehicle is this? In the steering wheel jbeam file change a couple of the axis that determine what angle it is at, i already fixed the steering wheel on the lotus49 recently but i forget exactly where it is and what to change but try to find them...
looks like the "X" axis rotation in your steering prop's incorrect. Is this your vehicle. Are you using blender. 1st thing to try would be to select your steering wheel in object mode inside blender than and update the rotation origin of your steering wheel To do this simply select "Set Origin" on the tools menu in the left side of blender. Than hit "Origin to Geometry" (imported from here) I've had the same misalignment happen to me in my recent Bolide mod with the needles on the gauges, doing that fixed it every time, even if ever move/rotate any prop in whatever mod it will almost always cause that to occur, try to remember to do this. Or another option is to go into the main jbeam or body jbeam file or where ever your wheel "Prop" jbeam is located and find "Base Rotation" change some of the different axis rotations there
