Not the naming bit, but admit it. We take any opportunity to bag out each others cars. You hate Holden, I hate BMW & Mercedes. Its just our opinions. - - - Updated - - - This makes me hard.
@the car naming discussion: With car naming, how crazy or sensible the name is depends on the context. My car for instance can simply be called ' 1996 Audi A4'. On an Audi forum, I'd refer to to it as 'B5 2.6F', B5 being the chassis number, and 2.6F standing for '2.6 V6 FWD'. Someone who hates the naming scheme and thinks it's too complicated (or is a huge Audi guru/wanker) would use google and call it 'Audi Aktiengesellschaft B5 A4 ABC-2.6 12v V6 FronTrak Limousine (Typ 8D)'. So abbreviate or go all verbose to make yourself look like top shit on an Internet forum, but we all know it simply depends on how technical you want to be.
If you had to chose between your dream girl or your dream car, what kind of rims would you be putting on it? Nah in all seriousness, what rims/mags/hubs/steelies/ etc.. do you guys want for your cars
I want to put those slotted mag style OE wheels that Chevy put on the Blazer and S-10. They're a little wider and much better looking than the ones that came on my truck stock. Now, the Corolla... I have no idea.
OEM CSL/ZCP wheels look pretty good on the E46 M3 'Vert. I'd probably just go ahead and get them if the curbed 19" wheels didn't have new tires on them, and if the CSL/ZCP wheels didn't cost so much. I could go with Sportline CS.16 CSL Style wheels (as pictured, the OEM CSL wheels look almost identical), which are cheaper and lighter than the OEM CSL wheels, but still cost more than just getting new OEM 19" style 67 wheels.
I'm keeping the stock P71 wheels. They look badass with center caps and they're pretty much indestructible. If they get curbed, a fresh coat of black paint and they look brand new. I've never really been one to care much about wheels. I can dig bare steelies on most cars.
Depends on the car really though. Banded steelies can also be a really good look. Really not a fan of centre capped steelies. Alloys vary depending on both model *and* colour of car I think. There are some alloys that look awesome on a black focus but terrible on a silver one.
Looks like it's on bags. Lifts back up to stock height with the flip of a switch, and also the ride is much smoother!
If the grille wasn't so huge and gaudy then it would looks fairly ok. So for example the grille would stay in line with the lights.
Yeah I do agree, that is actually an aftermarket grille. This is the Holden one which looks 100% better.
