I like it so far, it only took a couple hours putting it all together. It's definitely nice having the monitors at eye level, which helps keep the desk a lot less cluttered, along with a few convenient places to route cables. The only thing I don't really like is that the desktop tends to attract fingerprints, but it's a nice desk overall, and it's substancially better than my old desk that I couldn't fit my knees under. (I'm over 6ft, so leg clearance is often an issue.) :p

Look at what I found in a box from a storage unit. Ah, childhood memories.

I got a Steam card 2 days ago to fix the false dispute with rFactor. Every time I try to redeem it, I this message:
    jrtsdjrts.png

What is going on? Is this a restriction to a locked Steam account?

Reddustone just introduced me to Roblox.
I think it's actually quite a fun little game to play when you're bored.

Jbeaming is simultaneously the most annoying and the most rewarding thing ever. I have no idea what I'm doing, but I think I'm slowly learning.

Spent all today working on the summer concert as an audio technician. It was awesome, both the venue, staff, students and the music. Was my first time using a 32 channel mixing desk (albeit only using about 18-20 channels) and really enjoyed doing the sound live especially where i had to do compression on tracks by hand with the volume fader.

My phone looks like an iPhone 6 after being in someones back pocket. I'm surprised nothing actually broke. (Slammed into it while gokarting.)

I'm on the other side of the country. :) My city has fireworks every year, and for some reason, this year I was able to see half of them from my driveway... They weren't amazing anyway. I celebrated Canada Day by working with my dad almost the whole day.

@randomshortguy: Thanks to this El Nino wind current, we haven't had legitimate rain for 3-4ish weeks, which is very unusual for fraser valley, even in the summer. Usually the temperature doesn't go over 34 celsius at the hottest point of summer. It's already reached around 36.

    A CPU cooler, probably.

Can't wait for my GTX 970 and 4790k to arrive :(

The point was the piece of bread was shaped like Australia. I also happened to add some truly Aussie language just because.

And Valve's fucking VAC bullshit just got me a 7 day competitive ban from CS:GO.

I'm so done with that game and that company.

That happened while cleaning it. Gave it a couple flicks and it was fine again. I've had so many damn problems with it.

It's not the CPU cooler. After running a couple tests I noticed my PSU and GPU have their exhausts/fans(?) pointing towards each other. The only vent there is a small side fan. I'm thinking all of that extra heat is getting built up in the system and it can't be exhausted out fast enough. My thought is to either mount the GPU fan-side up or to get a larger side fan.

Well it is an Acer. Haven't heard many good things about them.

Also, is that one of the older Civilization games in the background?
