Bought GTA V last night. Have to run it on "Normal" settings at 1440x900 because I don't have enough video memory. Stupid cheap 1GB card. I knew I made a mistake. Anyways, the game runs great even with my VRAM deficiency. Time to mod the shit out of it.
Just turn the VRAM limiter thing off. I'm doing that aswell. Runs quite well, even though I only have half of the VRAM recommended to run it at the settings I'm running it at. --edit and offtopic-- Rendering a pic of a 200BX right now. 1125 samples... This was a bad idea. Will upload it when it's done. --edit 2-- It's not really good, but it's better than nothing.
I have mine maxed and its using like 3.5gb according to the game but it runs just fine, just turn off the limiter.
You can tell that your life is sad when the 200BX is the only car you can only drive extremely well in-game.
Been working on a few songs today mainly as practice. Here is the final one i made, it took about 2 hours to make. Please note that it is not finished. https://soundcloud.com/darkquasar/feeling-funkywip-01 It was made in Ableton Live 9 lite using the built in grand piano and drum samples and a mininova for the bass and chords.
honestly, if people wouldn't think of having mental issues as automatically being insane/hyper/glad then mad/inattentive/different, then we would be making a lot of progress. People don't go to get help for their depression, and it's because of how everyone (insurance even goes up, I think) reacts in such a negative way when they see "mentally ill" on a paper. It's not any easier to live life happy and shunned than it is to be sad but included in some things. I'm thankful that ADHD is not always a deterring thing for an interviewer to see on paper, and that I've found some tips and information on it with how it changes my life. Sure, I would enjoy the ability to think about more than what has happened in the past 5 seconds, and have memory that is at least as good as muscle memory, but I like the constant change, and I'd probably dislike the consistency of a normal life by now.
Note to self: Never, and I mean NEVER try to install 200 updates in one sitting ever again. Also, successful 4.4GHz overclock. Yes!
So I got bored and painted up a fictional car sponsored by tobacco on NR2003. Because alternate reality, I decided to allow these sponsors but they "must put the Surgeon General's Warning" on the car somewhere. This team decided against that. (imported from here) Thank you for this gem of a picture, Will Power.
Yeah. I can't even manage 67. Stupid windows. - - - Updated - - - I like it, though I'm not sure if it is house. Surprising amount of bass.
Playing Robocraft with Again_Dejavu: >Notices I can flip his robot by ramming into it >He ends up flipping mid-battle (in the middle of the map, while under fire), and turns on the alignment rectifier (takes 10 seconds to flip back over) >I ram his bot as soon as it finishes and flip it He was so close to just rage quitting at that moment, and I couldn't play for like 2 minutes because I was laughing so damn hard XD
