It looks like it needs smooth shading, unless you're going for a flat-type style, other than that it looks fine to me. In the third picture, that's the Outliner. I can't say that I understand what you mean. It looks like a new tyre model to me. and the rotation of the wheel doesn't seem to match the direction that it's moving. (unless it's a joke that completely flew over my head, but idk)
I've been working more on this thing. It's just waiting for the repository basically. -Drowsysam have been tuning the engine a bit and make it perform much better than it was before. -I meanwhile fixed a few stuff, tried to reduce vehicles getting stuck and etc. I also totally remade the camera mounts Jbeam to make them deform better.
