A 7950 is probably similar in performance to a GTX 670 or 760.

Only if the USPS can figure out how to deliver a 13x11x3 package. For fuck's sake. Cwazy is demanding me figure out why it's supposed to be here "today" and not "tonight" or "tomorrow". Now I'm wondering where that mobo, CPU, RAM, and GPU/soundcard are at.

Why would you listen to him?
He's the guy that's dumb enough to package an HDD loose in the mobo box with the mobo.
    Idiot.

    I could figure it out.
    I'm too lazy though.
And I like, kinda did it. It sometimes works.

You used an OEM disk for Windows 7 didn't you? And then threw HDDs out the window?

    Lawl.

I can't really be talking... When I installed Windows 8.1 (non-OEM) on my miracle machine, I managed to do it onto the 80GB PATA spare HDD that was just there. Rather then the main 250GB SATA HDD... Well, I use the main one for just about everything. SPEED. Win8.1 loads up fine from the pata. The only problem is that there are bits of XP left on the main drive, cause the occasional problem with Win8.1 copying stuff to the main drive.

I don't understand why I get so much shit for being computer stupid.
They're just not my thing, and I don't care enough about them to learn all this stuff.
I'd like to see 75% of this forum try to change a set of brake pads.
Then I'd be the one laughing my ass off.

You spent $100 on computer parts. I think it's just kinda funny you can't even be bothered to try and learn how to make it work and instead get angry when it doesn't.

I'm getting 3 virus stricken pre-built computers in exchange for the case of one of my really old AMD Athlon machines. Fair trade, right? ;)

You, however, would probably find it too hard to pull the wheel off.

Depends on the specs really, if they're all P4's you can make better use of the case :p

I got the board and CPU and stuff from kitteh5. Board is fried, CPU works, dunno about the RAM and stuff.

Who the hell uses wal mart bags instead of bubble wrap, especially with no esd bag?

Kitteh, why would you send it that way?? Last thing I sent was a $330 GPU, but that thing was sealed. Original ESD bag, original box, bubble wrap, box, tape. Don't risk that stuff.
