    I agree with others on the adaptive brightness need of adjustments. It also seems to me that the tonemapper (GT7 ? Only thing that come up is the game) over-saturates very bright colors. I've noticed this exiting dark tunnels, the grass outside is too saturated and then adjusts with the adaptive brightness to the natural value. The tail lights cast a very red light, (try on all dark nigh location) on the other hand the lights themselves go very pale, almost too pale, on occasion.
    Cannot tell if it's a tonemapper or adaptive brightness problem.
    Devs after release -> :cool:
    Devs after complaint -> :mad:
    Sorry Devs :(

    Bloom is still work in progress and needs some improvements :)
    But, you are not meant to see light fixtures clearly at night, you will get blinded by them, and that's part of Physically Based Lighting.
    Please check documentation. We did a really big step forward in graphics, and we no longer allow cheating. :) Everything is physically based.
    If you want to have overcast maps, you need to use new volumetric clouds they will hide sun behind then and cause shadows to disappear as entire level will be under cloud shadows.

    There is a bug in Direct3D 12 on low memory GPUs, for the time being I recommend using Vulkan or Direct3D 11 if vulkan doesnt resolve problem.

    Wait for GPU means you are GPU bound, you can try to lower some settings to gain some performance back :)
    In upcoming updates we will work on more GPU side optimizations.
    You need to remember that current Ultra is more Ultra than before.

    Thank you, just wanted to make sure if the performance loss was indeed caused by the better graphics :) It's not that bad for me anyways

    Another minor thing compared to what other people are experiencing, but the HDR setting won't show as activated unless any display setting is changed. This may be due to the game opening on my non-HDR monitor before going fullscreen on my HDR monitor, or it could just be a bug with the UI. BeamNG has always been weird about which of my monitors it wants to open on.

    Found some time to play RLS, got hit in the face with 0.39 update
    Ok, no issues, lets play normal career for fun
    Unplayable right now :(

    attempted steps to fix:
    1. closed app, removed everything from mods folder, still the same
    2. run safemode, bridges work !
    3. run normal mode again, still the same - no bridges, curbs, etc.

    Linux version if that matters.

    On the plus side: menus seem very fast now, more fps?

    If you're looking to edit the UI Apps, go to System ➡️ HUD Apps ➡️ Freeroam (should be highlighted) ➡️ Edit layout

    We've checked around 400-500 mods without issues, there's no new game limit for mods. Would you mind replying to this message with a support ID number so we can take a look? Thanks!

    Man, something out of my 230 mods breaks loading of any vehicle and I really can't bother to figure out which one it is. :(

    Guess I'll just wait a couple of days until mod makers and the community will figure out the suspects :)

    Played a bit in safe mode and the new graphics look nice.

    For me, the limit seems to be 339 active mods. If I activate one more, the error message appears and that mod isn't really active (I tried with two different maps which both only show up when they're not the 340th mod to be activated).

    Thanks for the reply, friend. I uninstalled all the mods and cleared the cache. And yes, everything worked. I'll install them one by one and look for the imposter.

    i cant even launch the game right now after 0.39, i am getting a continuous "error while loading ui, try launching in safe mode (mods disabled)" error. I have verified the integrity of the game files twice, once through steam and once through the in game launcher, launched in safe mode, deleted my mod file entirely, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and i still am getting the same error. Can't even get to the main menu. Any fixes?

    Police light bars look too dim during the day, to the point where you can barely see them. And at night they shine too bright in my opinion.

    Hi everyone!
    I've noticed that, in my case, if I go over 338 mods, any mods added beyond that point are no longer recognized correctly.
    It doesn't seem to be related to any specific mod, because if I remove just one mod and then add back one of the mods that previously wasn't being recognized, it suddenly works fine.
    Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?
