How do some of you make comparison pictures for leaks and teaser map locations? Just get it 'close enough' or do you use a tool like OBS to help align with a transparent picture overlay?
Has anyone noticed how in the camera path editor in the world editor like for replays, there's a tab that says render but it doesn't do anything? Does anyone know if this is functional and i just don't know how to use it? I really hope they add a way to render replay videos in max quality and max traffic in the future because I cant really get 60+fps videos on my old pc.
Doubt. It's just a normal map. It's just the lighting that makes it look sharper than what you're used to
"Close enough" is basically how I do it. I just line up the camera (using both the edges of the image and the alignment of objects closer to the center), add vehicles if there are any, get the right time of day, and adjust shadow direction. Spamming alt-tab between the game and the teaser helps me align it. I just see it as a challenge and find it fun to recreate stuff
