(RESOLVED! Thank you all!) Vehicle description not on configs list after creating. Need help.

Alright, so I'm creating a vanilla config pack, I've posted it on the forums and want to put it on the repo, but for the life of me I cannot get the description/other info I added to appear in the vehicle config selector. I looked up how to make a custom description, and I followed all the steps. I created a .json file like it said to, renamed it, and added the details from the description on how to make one. Can anyone help me, and tell me what i'm doing wrong? Is the info out of date, or for an earlier game version than v0.38? It's just so infuriating, because I think I followed all the steps correctly.

Please help me and/or direct me on what I need to do start/finish. I honestly don't know what else to do at this point.

 

why are you using regular notepad

 

Does that have an effect on it? I could try notepad++

 

I personality think Visual Studio Code is the best at coding, you could try that

 

I don't know if it's the software. I tried normal notepad, just went back and tried Notepad++, and it didn't work. It would probably be the same with Visual Studio Code. I think it may be an error in the code that i'm just not seeing? I don't know, i'm a beginner at coding at most, and don't exactly know what i'm looking for. I thought trying to make a description and vehicle code would be somewhat simple and a good place to start, but if anyone can point out what i'm doing wrong, that would be great!

The info files seems invalid , it should end like this :

Never mind! I found the issue. I had the info file as .json.txt when it should have just been a JSON file. I copied the JSON file from another Piccolina config and the description shows up in game now! It was just a stupid mistake on my part! Thank you all for your help, though!
