can anyone help me I made an air namibia skin I made all the same folder type as the saudi one but it doesn't want to work in game
dude its not as simple as you think to add trim to an aircraft lmao gimme time im working on it you dont need to be so antagonising calling it "ridicouous"
oh and besides my skin not working idk why their is a bug when you change the fuel settings in tuning the engine make weird noise and doesn't work properly after it. It hapening when you change fuel on the third tank and you put bellow 160 or 170 L after that the engine noise bug and the performance of the engines are weaker
Yeah, I’m saying that that is something you have done with mesh’s so I’m surprised it wasn’t you doing it again.
I'm having loads of fun with this plane. A couple more things I've noticed. Reverse thrust doesn't allow you to increase the throttle when the reversers are out on the ground. (Really the only way to push back since we don't have a tug) I've also noticed the gears are really weak. When you try to turn on the spot, the front gear skids forward. Also, when you land, the main gear becomes unstable.
The issue with the thrust reversers can be fixed by changing one of the lines in the file input_actions.json thusly: Code: "throttle_axis":{"order": 5,"onChange":"electrics.values.throttle737 = VALUE electrics.values.revthrust737 = VALUE", "isCentered":false,"title": "Throttle", "desc": ""}, The electrics.values.revthrust737 = VALUE portion isn't there in the stock file. Also, the ground spoilers and thrust reversers deploy nicely on static runways. However, the altitude detection for the spoilers and reversers won't detect dynamic runways, such as the flight deck of a moving aircraft carrier. (Yes, I'll try to land anything on a carrier.) I've implemented a weight-on-wheels sensor that seems to work well. Here is the source code for the sensing function: Code: local function weightOnWheels() local lengthLeft = (obj:getNodePosition(wowLtop) - obj:getNodePosition(wowLbtm)):length() local lengthRight = (obj:getNodePosition(wowRtop) - obj:getNodePosition(wowRbtm)):length() if onWheels then if lengthLeft > 0.6101 and lengthRight > 0.6101 then onWheels = false end else if lengthLeft < 0.5309 and lengthRight < 0.5309 then onWheels = true end end return onWheels end I placed the w.o.w. function in the file boe_lua.lua file, and rewired the functions updateSpoilers and updateReverse to call the w.o.w. function instead of checking altitude. Please note that the onWheels variable is global to the lua module, and it defaults to false. This var should be reset to false during a vehicle reset. The thresholds used in the function are ~10% in from the fully compressed (on ground) and fully extended (airborne) limits of the main gear suspension. Hysteresis is included in the function via the dual thresholds. If the w.o.w. function could be useful, feel free to integrate it into the 737. I also added the following code to the onInit function: Code: -- Get node IDs for weight-on-wheels sensor for _, n in pairs(v.data.nodes or {}) do if n.name == "gan4l" then wowLbtm = n.cid elseif n.name == "gan1l" then wowLtop = n.cid elseif n.name == "gan4r" then wowRbtm = n.cid elseif n.name == "gan1r" then wowRtop = n.cid end end The "wow..." variables in the snippet above are also global to the lua module.
Dude, this is awesome! Idk if you have any future plans with this, but it would be cool to see the fictional Volitalia Airways livery on it.
When are you gonna update The plane and will you make a Forum where everybody can see all The newest versions from The plane?
i misread this as "anime liveries" and honestly having a kyouko sakura or nana deviluke-itasha'd 737 would be so baller
Dude it's just been released and you are constantly asking for updates, before you were constantly for release and now for updates, let me just remind you the forums are for people 16+
