Released Antonov AN-12 (Fixed instrument panel + refresh)

Hello everyone, I decided to fix the AN-12's gauges being broken, by just deleting the broken glass on top of them!

But it would be a shame if I didn't update other aspects of the mod, like the thumbnails. So, I did exactly that:

3 things to note:

• IF YOU WANT TO INSTALL THIS MOD, DELETE THE ORIGINAL (if you have it), OR ANY OTHER PREVIOUS VERSION TO AVOID CONFLICTS!!!
• The JATO has been integrated into this mod, you don't need to download anything else in order for it to work
• Any addon mods for this plane WILL work

for me it doest work, the buttons dont show up like in the original (i deleted the original)

 

I actually figured out a more proper way of fixing the gauges, so I will release an update where it's fixed properly with the map also

I realized you meant the controls lmao, They were broken but I fixed them!

one question, there are skin packs and imagine if they got new thumbnails too! i havent checked in like 2 or 3 years lol

 

I haven't put my hands on any skin packs because I would probably need to ask for permission to change anything in their mod, unless the creator hasn't been active for a long time (>1 year)

But I might integrate ALL skin packs (that I find) into my refresh, but the author should either have abandoned the mod OR allowed permission for me to do any of that

 

Pretty cool fix, though it is technically against Dummiesman's wishes, I doubt he would get mad at you for this simple update. Besides, I don't think he uses the forums anymore.

 

The last time I saw that he was active was on Jan 20, 2026 where he updated his AN-12 post. And also, he wrote 7 times that he won't fix the gauges because there's a "bug" that he reported 2 years ago that hasn't been fixed. I think he's just being stubborn to encourage the devs to fix the bug...

 

should replace controls to support yoke support like on the b25

there isnt air canada in the original mod

 

I've always found it interesting that they decided to add all of these random airline liveries for airlines that would never fly this (like United), but they didn't add any liveries of companies that actually flew these. They didn't even add the Antonov Airlines livery.
