Could you please move the orbit camera? It sticks out like a sore thumb during gameplay, being too high and offset to the left. It should be somewhere in the center of the frame and cab, like the Segra (if you have it) or the T-Series cabover.
niiiiice, btw can you change the logo credits to my username here instead of my old one (reddit acc username aka my old forums name) pls
is it just me, or does the truck steer heavily to the right when you attach a trailer? i attached a specifically this trailer (picture included) and the truck was just steering heavily to the right
Don't attach manually with beams. This happens to some trucks in the game, and I couldn't figure out. --- Post updated --- Besides, lock the fifthwheel as soon as you get the trailer.
i normally backed under it with the trailer attachment keybind (just had issues attaching the trailer cuz the fifth wheel if lower than T-Series, so it tends to drive too far and get stuck under the trailer)
Great mod, though the rear suspension is really unstable with the shocks removed (and hence VERY bouncy when braking even without a trailer), sometimes even breaking the rear mudguards along with it when spawned. This is not an issue that concerns normal driving with shocks though, but maybe take a look as it could probably affect something with the chassis structure (Edit: Also the fog-lights don't work (they work on the simplified traffic ver.) and the hazard/blinker light textures are better on the traffic ver. than on the main truck. Might seem like nitpicking but I do hope this mod does get incrementally better over time)
1. The camera position is off. 2. The cabin is too rigid. 3. I think you could reduce the jbeam a bit more. 4. The overall textures look like an old mod. 5. I think the engine should be rebuilt. 6. I think the chassis is too flexible. 7. Overall, it feels like something is missing. 8. The tail light is faulty These are my personal issues. I'm rooting for you.
Fog lights work. It is based on the sterring if the low beams are active. Of course the truck can't handle the proper suspension working without shocks. I will move it to the core slot. --- Post updated --- What is wrong with the tail light? Besides, what exactly are your expectations in term of textures?
Thanks for making the mod! But the buttons in the interior don't work proberly for me: I can lock the differential, but not unlock it. I can put the sunshades down, but not back up. I can raise the rear of the truck, but not lower it. And I think the transmission could still use some work. When transporting a load up a hill, it shifts a lot, because either the torque is too low or the rpm are too high (although it could still rev higher).
[ You need to use mid scroll button --- Post updated --- It is just 1990 37X HP Truck. Don't have high expectations with over 15 ton. The full version have 420 and V8 520 hp configs
The tail lights seem to have been fixed in this update. Thank you. However, the following issues remain: 1. The camera position has improved significantly, but now it's shifted quite far to the right. 2. Regarding textures, the resolution is low, and the seat wrinkles are too deep. 3. The parking brake sometimes disengages automatically when starting the vehicle, and sometimes it doesn't. 4. I still think the cabin strength should be reduced (image compares it to the MAN truck). There are still many issues, but since this is only a demo version, I won't complain too much. Keep up the great work on development!
Update 1.2 has been released. Update the truck as soon as it is approved. Forgot to add. The camera offset has been fixed.
Not sure if you saw my DM but I thought I should let you know here as well in case The simplified traffic variant is really light, I'm guessing because it had nodes removed without the weight being adjusted. I mean the D Series in the background weighs more than it does, which makes collisions with it feel a little strange Regardless, it's coming along really well! I'm excited to see the finished product
